Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them on every visit.
We use cookies for sign-in, security, preferences, and analytics. We never store your design content in a cookie. The list below describes exactly what we set and why.
2. Cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories: essential, functional, analytics, and marketing. Essentials are always on. The other three are optional and can be turned off from your browser or our cookie banner.
Here's exactly what we set today:
3. Essential vs analytics vs marketing
Essential cookies are required for the service to work — sign-in tokens, CSRF protection, and fraud signals. Disabling them will break sign-in and uploads, so we never let you turn them off.
Analytics cookies help us understand which features are used, where errors happen, and how to improve. We aggregate; we do not sell or share. We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set cross-site identifiers.
Marketing cookies are off by default. If you opt in, we use them to measure the effectiveness of campaigns (utm tags, partner referrals). You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner.
4. Managing your preferences
You can review and change your cookie choices from the cookie banner the first time you visit, or anytime from the footer link 'Cookie preferences'. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we will ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies and clear stored cookies on close. Blocking essentials will break the service.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties we use to run the service — for example, our payment processor, our error tracker, and our email delivery provider. We only work with vendors that meet GDPR and CCPA requirements.
A current list of third-party cookies and their purposes lives at fetchmy.art/cookie-vendors. We will update that page whenever a vendor or cookie changes.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add or remove cookies, change vendors, or change how you can opt out. The 'last updated' date at the top tells you when we last made a change.
Material changes (a new vendor that processes personal data, a new purpose, or a change to your opt-out options) are also announced in-product and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
