Privacy policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what data FetchMy.art collects when you use our service, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to all shop-owner admin accounts, designer accounts, and the public pages we host for your shop.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, and the shop you belong to. We use this to sign you in, send service notifications, and bill your plan.

Content data: designs, folders, collections, tags, and the file bundles you upload. We store these to operate the library, generate previews, and send proofs on your behalf.

Client data: when you send a proof, we store the recipient's name, email, the proof contents, and any approvals or comments they leave. Your clients interact with FetchMy on your behalf — your shop is the data controller for their data.

•Proof recipients and their approval decisions.

•Server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for 90 days.

3. How we use data

We use the data listed above to operate the service, prevent abuse, bill your plan, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

We use a small number of subprocessors (hosting, email, error tracking) — the current list is at fetchmy.art/subprocessors and we will give 30 days' notice before adding a new one.

4. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service, with your clients when you publish a proof page, or when required by law.

If you invite a teammate, your shop owner can see their activity within the admin. We do not share team-level data with anyone outside your shop.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete content within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes (we keep invoices for 7 years, as required by tax law).

Backups are kept for 35 days on encrypted storage and are then overwritten.

6. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from Shop settings → Export. You can also request deletion, correction, or a copy of the data we hold on you or your clients by emailing privacy@fetchmy.art.
